Convert-hero provides digital marketing and conversion rate optimization services for online stores in Romania. Services include data analysis, A/B testing, strategic consulting, and campaign implementation.

The contract is considered concluded upon acceptance of the offer by the client, through the signing of a written agreement or electronic confirmation of the terms.

The client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information regarding their business activity, access data to digital platforms, and any other resources necessary for the provision of services.

Convert-hero undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, respecting agreed deadlines and the confidentiality of the client's data.

Confidentiality

All data shared by the client during the collaboration is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except in cases provided by law.

Intellectual Property

Delivered materials (reports, landing pages, test variants) remain the property of the client after full payment for the services. Convert-hero's own methodologies and tools remain the property of the agency.

Convert-hero does not guarantee a specific increase in sales or conversion rate, as results depend on external factors (competition, seasonality, budget, product quality).

The total liability of Convert-hero for any direct loss or damage is limited to the value of services paid by the client in the last 6 months.

• We are not responsible for interruptions of third-party platforms (Google Analytics, Shopify, Magento, etc.).
• We are not responsible for business decisions made by the client based on our recommendations.
• In case of force majeure, the obligations of the parties are suspended for the duration of the event.

Either party may terminate the contract with a written notice of 30 days. In case of non-fulfillment of obligations, the party at fault has 15 days to remedy.

Convert-hero reserves the right to modify these terms, with prior notice of 14 days. Continuation of the collaboration after the modifications come into effect constitutes acceptance of them.
