Questions Clients Ask Before Starting
Before starting a conversion optimization project, it's normal to have questions. Every business has its own particularities, and clear answers help you make an informed decision. We've gathered some of the most common questions we receive from clients before signing a contract.
What data do I need to provide?
To perform a correct analysis, we need access to data from Google Analytics 4, your e-commerce account (if applicable), and information about active campaigns. No passwords or sensitive data are required – we work with limited permissions, only for reading aggregated data. Depending on the project's complexity, we may also request access to session recordings (heatmaps) or results from previous tests.
How long does a typical project take?
The duration depends on the established objectives. A conversion audit can be completed in 2-3 weeks, and implementing recommendations can take between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on your team's technical resources. A/B tests need at least 2-3 weeks to reach statistical significance. We provide an estimated timeline from the proposal stage.
What happens if the results are not as expected?
Conversion optimization is an iterative process. Not all tests bring spectacular increases, and some variants may perform worse than the original. The important thing is to learn from each test and adjust the direction. In the contract, we jointly establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and transparently report progress. If a test doesn't yield results, we move on to the next hypothesis.
Do you collaborate with web design or development agencies?
Yes, we frequently work with internal development teams or partner agencies. We handle strategy, analysis, and testing, while the technical implementation can be done by you or your partners. We provide clear documentation and support throughout the implementation. If you don't have a technical team, we can recommend developers we have collaborated with.
How do you measure success?
Success is measured against the objectives set at the beginning: increasing the conversion rate, reducing cart abandonment, increasing the average order value, or improving the qualified lead rate. We report progress monthly, with detailed charts and analyses. We don't use vanity metrics – we focus on indicators that have a direct impact on revenue.
What happens after the project ends?
At the end, we deliver a complete report with all tests performed, results, and recommendations for the next steps. If you wish to continue the collaboration, we can establish a maintenance program or a new set of objectives. We remain available for questions and subsequent adjustments, at no additional cost for the first 30 days after completion.
Every project starts with an open discussion, where we answer all your questions. There are no wrong questions – only opportunities to clarify expectations. If you have any doubts, schedule a free initial consultation.
